Groceries carrying the QS certification mark have a well-documented and verifiable lifecycle. What journey tomatoes make from producer through wholesaler to the grocery store or steak makes from farmer through slaughterhouse and butcher to supermarket, everything is transparent.

QS has strict requirements, for instance for traceability and hygiene. Independent auditors regularly check compliance with the requirements.
