Project description
Q-Point works to catalyse the development of markets that work for all members of society. Through IFC’s collaboration with National Agricultural Export Development Board, the IFC Agribusiness Advisory services is implementing agribusiness projects in smallholder farmers who are organised into cooperatives.

An emerging need is to improve the business management capability of the cooperatives so that they function more efficiently as businesses, provide better services to their members and become more effective and reliable suppliers of horticulture products to buyers.
