Project description
In this training of trainers (ToT) project, Phanthi management and staff are trained and coached on quality management and food safety issues for the dairy sector. Based on this training intervention, Phanthi implemented several measures to optimize the production of ice cream, yoghurt, cheese and to fulfill the hygiene requirements.
