ANNA DUTCH, producer of caviar in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, was established by owners who originated from countries surrounding the Caspian Sea. The tradition of caviar production has been passed down from generation to generation. The brand was named after Majesty Anna Pavlowna, queen of the Netherlands. As the daughter of the Russian tsar, Anna ensured caviar became known in the Netherlands.
The quality of their caviar is considered to be main priority. Q-Point supported ANNA DUTCH with the implementation of the HACCP-system and accreditation from the NVWA (the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority). Recently Q-Point advised ANNA DUTCH on ISO 22000.
